Lost and found
If you forgot a personal item in one of 7 onDemand’s vehicles and would like to have it returned, please contact us and we will do our best to recover your belongings. Please be as descriptive as possible when describing your lost item in our contact form. An agent will contact you regarding the status of your lost property.
Please be aware that 7 onDemand and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left behind in our vehicles, but we will make every effort to locate your belongings. Any found item will be retained up to 30 days.
In the event that your item is located, please contact our customer service to discuss the best way to have your item returned. You may arrange for FedEx or a messenger service to pick up your item (not paid for by 7 onDemand). You may also schedule a ride to transport the the item to your location. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for returning items, as well as the cost of having your item delivered by a driver. These fees are based on our full travel rates.
You also have the option of picking up your belongings at our office. Please be aware, you will be required to present a valid photo ID to retrieve your item. Unless you make other arrangements with someone in our office, you may pick up your belongings anytime between 10am and 4:30pm by visiting our office location:
